Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items .Payment methods Money Order/Cashiers Check, Personal Check (must be held for 14 business days before item is shipped), Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. No international money orders will be accepted. We are open from 9am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri .

Store ship-to locations
the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, South America, Africa, Mexico and Central America, Caribbean. Item Tracking is included with all US items. if you would like tracking on an international item, you must specify /request this service. Please send a contact email with your request.

Locations that we do not ship to:
Indonesia, Iran, Iraq or Pakistan. ( Unless the address is an APO , FPO,or BFPO.

Shipping & Handling
Items will be sent using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day average) or 1st Class (3-4 days average )with tracking only. All International will be shipped USPS Global Priority mail or Airmail (4-7 day average) with no tracking or insurance and customs will be filled out with 'sporting goods'
A Sales tax of 6.9% will be added to the item if it is shipped to Arizona.

Customer service & return policy
Website orders have a 30 day return policy with full refund (Less shipping and handling) This is only if items are returned in original boxes with no scratches or obvious impact damage. Items bust be in original selling condition.

If you place an order by accident and would like to cancel, you have until the end of the business day. You can cancel an order by sending an email, or using the contact page on the website. If the item is shipped you will be responsible for the shipping and handling cost of the item only.

items returned from orders that have no boxes or scratches will not be accepted as a valid return. If items are returned in an obviously non-resalable condition, you will be charged and addition shipping charge for the items from the order that are returned to you.

Not every transaction is alike and there may be circumstances that void the normal return policy. If you have a question about your return please send an email expressing your questions and concerns before sending the item.
